Mary Ann Gates is the Program Manager for REDCOM EMS, where she is the customer contact for all of the EMS projects. Before she moved into this role, she was a Buyer for REDCOM for nine months, dealing with procurement of business items and components. Before coming to REDCOM, Mary Ann was a Senior Buyer and vendor manager at Mann’s Jewelers for 21 years.
Mary Ann has a Bachelor’s Degree from Nazareth College and was also an actress with the Mystery Company of the Finger Lakes for several years. Although she didn’t start out with a manufacturing background, her ability to learn quickly and adapt to any situation has served her well in every role she’s given – always going above and beyond and keeping her sense of humor along the way.
Mary Ann enjoys working at REDCOM, where since day one she’s felt at home with the team. She feels like she’s making a difference, and really appreciates the support and respect she’s given from upper management and the entire REDCOM team, “It takes a village – and this is a great village to be a part of.” In her free time, Mary Ann loves to cook and bake, and enjoys spending time with and taking care of her chickens, dog, and husband.
